Ashard Richley: Dallas, TX, United States; Ashley Burghardt, of Ashard Richley, was studying in Italy when she discovered her passion for design. After graduating from design school, She took a job offer from Be&D in New York City. While working in New York she also worked for the design team at Coach. Later she moved to Texas taking a lead design position in Dallas, Texas. It was in Dallas where she met Richard. About a year later, Ashley told her, then fiancé, Richard that she would design handbags that people would love. Having no fashion experience himself and possessing questionable taste, Richard decided that he had no choice but to trust her. Ashard Richley was formed in 2009.
